Parking at Bay Colony

Overnight parking is not permitted at Bay Colony unless approved by the Management Office.  If an employee wishes to leave there vehicle overnight, please enter a work order at bptenantservices.com or contact the Management Office at 781-906-0550 and provide the make, model and location of the vehicle.

During the winter months, we ask that cars be relocated to a covered garage area so the snow removal contractor can efficiently treat the top decks during snowfall.
