Deliveries

Parcels and Large Deliveries Address
Please contact the Management Office if an item is to large to be delivered directly to your suite. No pallet jacks are allowed in the building. Pallets should be broken down at the loading dock. If you need a dock plate or dolly reach out to Property Management.

Deliveries Direct to Office Space
All deliveries should be made directly to your office space.  No deliveries may be left at the loading dock. No deliveries should be brought through the lobby doors. Property Management will not accept or sign for any customer deliveries.

Loading Dock Restrictions
During Business Hours:

  • The time limit for trucks in the loading dock is thirty (30) minutes. 
  • Bay Colony loading docks are limited to trucks no greater than 13'-9". 

NOTE: All deliveries requiring more than thirty minutes of delivery truck parking on the loading dock must be scheduled via special reservations for non-business hours.

Reservations for Extended Loading Dock Time
Reservations for extended loading dock time can be made by submitting the request, including date, times, purpose, and any other special needs, at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance.  All requests should be submitted by a Tenant Representative via the Tenant Services page.  Extended loading dock time is only available during non-business hours: 8:00 pm to 6:00 am Monday-Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday.
