Bay Colony Conference Center (781-890-2585)
Located at 1100 Winter Street, Bay Colony offers two on-site conference rooms, one of which can accommodate up to 80 people; the other room has a single table that seats 15. Scheduling for the Conference Center is done through the building management office between 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. The Conference Center is equipped with Internet service, fax and copy machines, telephones, and overhead projectors and easels.

Unidine Corporation
Unidine Corporation is proud to offer café, catering, vending, pantry and office coffee services to the Bay Colony Corporate Center tenants and employees. The cafes offer a wide selection of breakfast, lunch and snack items at various food stations including a grill, gourmet deli, and salad bar.

Bay Colony Health Club (781-890-5797) web
Located at 1000 Winter Street, Bay Colony Club provides health club memberships offering personal training, exercise classes, cardiovascular and weight lifting & conditioning equipment, steam and sauna areas. The Bay Colony Club also offers towel service and locker rentals for an additional fee. Locker room amenities include blow dryers, irons, scales, and complimentary wet bags. Open Mon-Thu, 6:00 am - 8:00 pm, and Fri 6:00 am - 7:00 pm, closed weekends.

Bay Colony Corporate Center offers free tenant and visitor parking. There are 3,025 surface and covered parking stalls available.
128 Connection Shuttle (781-890-0093) web
The 128 Connection Shuttle runs from the Waltham commuter rail station to Bay Colony Corporate Center at hourly intervals from 7:00-9:00 am and 3:30- 5:30 pm. Fare is $1.00 and there is no service on Sundays or holidays. The Shuttle operates on a wave-down principle. Simply stand on the side of the road where the bus will be coming, and wave as the bus approaches.
The Alewife Shuttle runs from the Alewife commuter rail station to Bay Colony Corporate Center. Pick up the Shuttle at the rear of Alewife Station. Follow signs directing you to the "Passenger Pickup" area. The discounted fare is $2.00 for employees of companies located at Bay Colony Corporate Center. Contact the Bay Colony management office to receive an ID card entitling you to this discount.
